This E-Learning course will help you to expand your knowledge on improved safety measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and thereby be able to implement these within your hotel´s operation. The course is composed of four modules: COVID-19 Introduction, General COVID-19 SOPs, Specific COVID-19 SOPs for Hotels, and Specfic COVID-19 SOPs for Food & Beverage. The lessons complement the Hotel Resilient COVID-READY Audit and provide additional information and guidance for hotel management and staff to prevent and respond to COVID-19 in their hotel.
