The COVID-READY eLearning course will expand your staff’s knowledge on COVID-19 risks and teach them a wide range of safety measures to implement in your establishment. The course is composed of four modules: COVID-19 Introduction, General COVID-19 SOPs, Specific COVID-19 SOPs for Hotels, and Specific COVID-19 SOPs for Food & Beverage. The lessons complement the Hotel Resilient COVID-READY Audit and provide additional information and guidance for hotel management and staff to prevent and respond to COVID-19 in their hotel.
